This session will review with you the critical details of chiropractic documentation.  We will cover:
-Documentation for Chiropractic Evaluations
Including new patient exams and re-exams.  Learn what auditors are finding (or not finding) in your E/M documentation!
-Documentation for Subsequent Treatment Visits
-Treatment Plan Goals for Chiropractic
-Evidence-based Care Plans for Chiropractic
-Chiropractic Record Keeping

Chiropractic documentation is one of many elements that are scrutinized upon by third party payors.  Learn how you can fill in the gaps of your documentation, make necessary improvements and even outsource your documentation review to minimize risk of documentation errors and oversights.  With audits continually on the rise and third party coverage with greater limits, payors are looking for ways to deny claims and/or request refund requests.  Documentation serves as an armor for you and your practice in minimizing denials and combating refund requests.
