Vendor Set-up: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
DC Registration: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
First class begins at 1:00pm!

Where can I find out about general conference and program information?

The full conference schedule can be found online ahead of time or in you registration packets upon arrival to event.


Is there an Inclement Weather Policy?

Please read CCA's 2018's Conference Policies for information on our inclement weather and other important policies.


Is there an age restriction to enter the Expo Hall?

Yes, all Expo Hall attendees must be at least 18 years of age.


Do members save money on registration?

Yes! CCA members receive discounted registration fees for any CCA event. If you’re not an CCA member, consider joining today. Members can bring up to 2 CAs to our CA program this year for FREE! Additional CAs can attend for a small fee!


Is there a paper registration option?

Yes, paper registrations are available. Please check the website to download the paper registration - coming soon! We ask that you fax, mail or email the form back to CCA.


Where can I find a list of exhibitors?

A list of exhibitors can be found on the conference materials or online - to be released closer to the convention date!


Where can I find information about the sessions?

Full information about the sessions will be provided at a later date on our website.


Where can I find educational session materials?

We will be “going green” at our conference and there will be no printed educational session materials.  They will be available online and/or a UBS handed out at the convention in your registration materials. 


What is the recommended dress?

We recommend professional dress and comfortable shoes.


Will I be able to connect to WiFi in the meeting rooms?

Yes, WiFi is available in the meeting rooms.  Please note that due to the number of expected attendees, internet connection may be slow. 


Social Events

Can I attend the Awards Gala?

The Awards Gala will take place Friday, September 28, 2018 and is open to all convention registrants. There is an additional fee of $30 per person. Tickets can be purchased online, by calling the CCA at 303-755-9011 OR by filling out the registration form and returning to the CCA.


What is the recommended dress of the Awards Gala?

The Awards Gala attire is formal - not quite black tie but formal.


What is happening Saturday evening?

There will be an unofficial gathering, meet and greet Saturday evening. We invite all to join! More details coming soon!

Continuing Education

Is there a fee for CEUs? 

Doctors of Chiropractic in CO receive15 hours of continuing education included with their registration.  


How can I find out if my state is approved for CEs?

CCA does not pre-approve for other states. Any requests must be submitted 60 days ahead of time and are not guaranteed to be approved.


When will I receive my continuing education certificate?

CCA will send an email to you once continuing education certificates are ready. CE certificates will be available online within two (2) weeks following the close of the convention. PLEASE MAKE SURE WE HAVE A CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE!!

Hotel & Travel

Where should I stay?

CCA has contracted with the Crowne Plaza to offer a lower room rate to conference attendees, subject to availability. Online link to reserve your room will be coming soon!


How much is parking at the hotel?

Parking at the hotel is free!


What is the closest metro station/subway? 

The Colorado Light Rail is the closest transportation. Click here to learn more. There is a free shuttle service to take you within a 5-mile radius of the hotel as well. Contact the hotel front desk for more information. 


What are the closest major airports that service the Denver area?

Denver International Airport (DIA)

  • Distance: ~14 miles; 12-15 minutes
  • Ground Transportation: FREE shuttle from DIA to the Crowne Plaza
  • When: Every 30 Minutes from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. then upon request after 11:00 p.m.
    Hotel Departure: Crowne Plaza Main Entrance
    Airport Departure: DEN Airport, Door 510 and 503, Island #3
    Price: Complimentary for Hotel Guests and Conference Attendees

What dining options are there in and around the Crowne Plaza DIA?

The hotel offers a variety of dining options including in-room dining, restaurants, bar and lounge.  Click here to view the Crowne Plaza dining options. 

There are several restaurants located in walking distance of the hotel.  Visit the hotel concierge for a map or visit their website for more information.   

If you are staying under our room block, breakfast is included with your room block rate in the Terrace Restaurant. 


Where is the location of Lost and Found?

Items left in the meetings rooms during normal conference hours will be stored at the conference registration desk. Items not claimed at the close of registration each day will be turned into the hotel lost and found desk located at the hotel check-in counter. 


Are there accommodations for people with disabilities and those requiring special assistance?

Yes, the Crowne Plaza DIA is ADA compliant. See hotel map for ADA accessibility. 


I require special assistance or have dietary restrictions, whom do I contact?

Contact the CCA at or call 303-755-9011 by at least ten (10) business days prior to the event.
