Here is where you will find all information related to the upcoming 2018 Annual Business meeting. We encourage all to read the material and look closely at important deadlines. 


Below you will find information for nominations.

Positions currently open for election include:

District Directors & Alternates for Districts 1, 3, 4, & 7. 

1 Director at Large position and alternate


Executive Committee:

1 Treasurer

1 Vice-President (ascends to position of President-Elect, President, Immediate Past President)


To submit a nomination online for the Board of Directors - please click here. Members must be logged in to submit a nomination. All nominations are due no later than August 1, 2018 by end of the day.


Don't forget to submit a CCA member colleague to receive an award for their outstanding service!! Nominate them here! All award nominations are due no later than August 15, 2018 by end of the day

Process for election: 


Eligibility for Voting (from our current Bylaws): Section Two. Voting Rights. Active Members in good standing that have been members for a minimum of three months shall be entitled to vote for each matter submitted to the membership for voting. Associate members shall not be eligible to vote or serve as an officer or director. See further information below.


District Directors: Districts open for election: 1, 3, 4, & 7

District Directors will be elected ELECTRONICALLY starting September 15th. Elections will remain open for 2 weeks and will close September 28, 2018 by 7:00 pm MST. Any ballots received after 7:00pm MST on September 28th will be considered invalid. 


Important instructions: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS UP TO DATE. You will receive an email from Survey Monkey regarding the elections. You will only be allowed to vote once. Write-ins are permitted. You will only receive an email for a ballot if the district you work in is up for election and you are eligible. Should you have questions regarding your voting eligibility, please contact CCA Executive Director, Rachel Wendt, prior to the close of the elections on September 28, 2018.


The person with the most number of votes will become the District Director and the person with the second most number of votes will become the alternate.


Director at Large, Treasurer and Vice-President will be elected IN PERSON via written ballot at the Annual Business Meeting on Saturday, September 29, 2018 starting from 12:15 pm - 1:45 pm at The Crowne Plaza, DIA. 


All results will be announced at the Annual Business Meeting.

Directors and Officers will take office upon close of the Annual Business Meeting.
